Why is it important to SHAMPOO my hair TWICE?

We shampoo twice because the first wash cleans away dirt and product build-up, and the second wash activates the specific ingredients tailored for your hair.

Why is it important to CONDITION my hair after shampooing?

Shampoo opens up your hair cuticles. Think of it like snake skin, with layers that lift when shampoo is applied. Conditioner, on the other hand, closes the cuticles.

How often should I cut my hair?

Depending on what your hair goal is will determine the time between each haircut. For maintenance of the same shape and length, it is recommended between 6-8 weeks. For growth and working towards a different shape and style, it is recommended between 10-12 weeks.

Why is it important NOT to wash my hair 48 hrs after hair colouring?

Allow your hair colour to oxidise and settle into your hair, this will prevent premature colour fading.

Why is it important NOT to wash my hair 72 hrs after getting TAPE extensions?

If you wash your hair too soon, the adhesive won't set in time which can result in premature slippage and potential wefts falling out.

Why is it important to use HEAT PROTECTION?

Hair dryers or any hot tool can heat up from a range of 100 degrees to 270 degrees. Like skin, if heat is in contact it will burn just like your hair!

Why is it NOT recommended to colour hair after a chemical straightening or perm?

Chemical straightening or perms are a chemical change in the hair bonds which ultimately breaks down the back bone of the hair. Colouring the hair after may result in irreversible damage.
